JB Air Flow Test Companion ("Application") is a software service developed by Turtle Room Development LLC ("Turtle Room").  It is intended to accompany the air compressor test kits for blasthole drills ("Test Kit") sold by JB Drill Optimization Consultants LLC ("JB DOC").  The Test Kits measure the volumetric output of compressor systems, while the Application is intended to record and interpret the output data.  The Application processes the output of the Test Kit to calculate the estimated compressor efficiency and to help you determine if the compressor systems are working at peak performance in ambient conditions.  The Application generates visual graphs and digital documents from the data to enhance your understanding and communication of the Test Kit data.

Access to the full functionality of the Application is limited to the All Access subscription.  You have a right to obtain any data generated by the Application regardless of your subscription status, such as any data generated prior to your subscription expiration.  For more details regarding your privacy or how this data is handled, see the Turtle Room Privacy Policy: www.turtleroomdevelopment.com/privacy-policy.

Due to ambient conditions, mechanical efficiencies, and other factors, all calculations produced by the Application are approximations and should be regarded with discretion.  The technical specifications and parameters of the Application are exclusively optimized and intended for use with the Test Kits sold by JB DOC.  You are responsible to read and comply with the instructions and to understand the limitations and proper usage of the Test Kits before using the Application.  If you observe any errors or discrepancies in the calculations produced by the Application, contact Turtle Room immediately to report them.  You may be contacted for more details or to discuss solutions.

The Application is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations, such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), etc.  If use of this Application conflicts with or would be subjected to such laws, you should not use this Application.  The Application encourages safe practices and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), but safety is your responsibility.

Turtle Room reserves the right to revise these terms at any time for any reason.  These terms apply to all official versions and updates of the Application published by Turtle Room.
